Photographed by Scott Davis on March 22, 2013
From Eastman Lake, California
Description: After many nights attempting to observe and photograph this comet from my house, I finally decided to go to our dark sky site to photograph it. It was a beautiful, clear, cold night, perfect for comet hunting. The landscape itself is brightly lit by a 70% waxing gibbous moon.

Mount/Tripod: Standard Tripod
Guide Scope/Camera: None
