The Pinwheel Cluster, also known as M36 or NGC1960, is a small open cluster in the constellation Auriga. It sits at a distance of approximately 4,100 light years from Earth.

Exposure Details:
Camera settings were ISO 1600 with 50-second exposures. This image is a composite of 40 light frames and 15 dark frames.
